When a claim is submitted, it is immediately entered into our system:

• Input into our Repricing Matrix to search for available discounts
• If no PPO discount can be obtained, our negotiation team goes to work
• In the event a claim is determined to be inflated, it is sent to Bill Review for thorough vetting.

We strive to have the fastest turnaround times available for our clients:

• Generally 24 hours for Repricing
• Generally 24-72 hours for Negotiations
• 3-5 Business Days for Bill Review
